Message from Chairman Mike Kirby: Welcome to the Florida Association of State Troopers (FAST). Since 1986, we have worked to promote the interests of the men and women of the Florida Highway Patrol. FAST is made up entirely of Florida Highway Patrol troopers and includes, as members, troopers from Key West to Pensacola and everywhere in between. Thank you for your interest in our organization. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or comments. The Board of Directors for FAST is made up entirely of members of the Florida Highway Patrol. There are nine directors representing each of the (troops) geographical regions of the state of Florida. There is also an executive board of directors consisting of a chairman, vice chairman, secretary and treasurer of the association.
